OUR MEMBERSHIP

The Chippewa Valley Dementia Coalition (CVDC) recognizes that all members bring differing concerns, needs, abilities, resources, passions, and perspectives. We use a community consensus-building process to identify priorities for action and encourage all members to share and pool their resources and abilities to address community concerns related to dementia.

The CVDC offers two ways to be involved. Whether you want to actively participate in coalition work or support the mission in a flexible way, your involvement helps strengthen dementia awareness and support in our communities.
